I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had the comfiest bed and comforter I've ever experienced while away. Being situated near the main pool with multiple waterfalls and a swim-up bar was fantastic. However, the lack of hot water was disappointing. The breakfast was top-notch, but the lunch and dinner menu was quite poor. Overall, a great experience with a few minor setbacks.
